Salvation Army Kettle Campaign looking for strong finish

Time is running out to make donations to the Salvation Army's Christmas Kettle campaign.

Lieutenant Brad Webster said he is hoping people feel generous this week, so their $139,000 target is met.

"We've reached 73 per cent of our goal, amounting to just over $101,000, but this is our last week of kettles in the kettle campaign, and we are just shy of $38,000 in reaching our goal this year," said Webster.

Those looking to donate can do so until Christmas Eve at various red kettle locations throughout the community.

You can also help fill the Sarnia kettle with a donation online at www.fillthekettle.com

Donations support food bank and family service operations at the Salvation Army.
