The Ontario Provincial Police are investigating an early morning crash in Lakeshore, where an Essex man faces charges.
Police were called out to a single-vehicle crash on Old Tecumseh Road near Walstedt Way around 2:45 a.m. on Friday.
No one was hurt, but a 29-year-old man faces impaired driving and dangerous operation of a motor vehicle charges.
He was also handed a 90-day license suspension, and his vehicle will be impounded for a week.
The suspect will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Windsor on January 7, 2026.
