There's a breakfast on the farm event coming up Saturday in Perth County.
Slits Dairy Farms is hosting it as part of the Open Farm Days celebrating Dairy Farmers of Ontario's 50th anniversary .
They're on Perth Line 55 between Milverton and Monkton.
Besides the breakfast, visitors will also be offered a free sampling of local cheeses, premium Chapman's ice cream, guided farm tours and kids' activities.
Henry Wydeven, the DFO Board Member for Region 10, which includes Huron and Perth Counties, says it's a chance to showcase the local dairy industry.
Pine Castle Farms at R. R. 2 Tara and Milky Wave Incorporated of Elmira are among the other dairy farms involved in Saturday's Open Farms Day.
