Dow AgroSciences is merging two of it's seed brands into one, new brand.
Hyland Seeds and Mycogen Seeds will now be known as Dow Seeds.
Dow AgroSciences Canada President Brad Orr says the new brand will combine all the resources of the company into a single, focused effort.
Dow is headquartered in Calgary, Alberta.
However, it's key research facilities include corn and soybean breeding in St. Marys, Ontario and cereals testing in Nairn, Ontario.
It's global canola research centre is in Saskatchewan.
