Organic Meadow's unsecured creditors have approved all three proposals.
The proposals relate to Organic Meadow Limited , Organic Meadow Co-operative and Organic Meadow Incorporated.
A spokesperson says the next step is to file the ratified proposals with the courts and get them approved by a Judge.
They expect that to happen by the end of this month.
Michelle Schmidt says once that's done, they'll turn their attention to finalizing their new partnership deal.
That deal will involve Organic Meadow Co-operative, Avrio Capital and a western-based co-operative.
While details of that partnership are not yet finalized, Schmidt says the co-operative's members will continue to hold an equity stake and play and active role in it's future moving forward.
