Money is available for education and outreach projects related to the Great Lakes Agricultural Stewardship Initiative.
The projects need to address the Initiative's objectives of soil health, water quality and/or pollinator health.
They also need to be have an agricultural focus and be intended for an agricultural audience.
That could include public information meetings, demonstration projects and social science analysis.
The Great Lakes Agricultural Stewardship Initiative target area includes the Lake Huron southeast shores watershed as well as the Lake Erie and Lake St. Clair watersheds.
The Ontario Soil and Crop Improvement Association is handling the Request for Proposals process.
Those submissions will be accepted until noon on October 28th.
