The Ontario Superior Court has denied Grain Farmers of Ontario's request for a stay on the new provincial seed treatment regulations.
But GFO says it is not conceding on this matter.
Chair Mark Brock says the organisation is currently reviewing it's legal options.
He says GFO will continue to protect the rights of Ontario's grain farmers.
Brock says grain farmers are extremely disappointed in the ruling - suggesting it leaves the grain industry in a very difficult situation as farmers try to arrange seed orders this fall.
