National Farm Safety Group Has New Executive

The Canadian Agricultural Safety Association has a new chair.

Wendy Bennett of B-C's Farm and Ranch Safety and Health Association takes over from Dean Anderson.

Anderson is the Strategic Advisory Agricultural Initiatives, Workplace Safety and Prevention Services in Guelph.

He moves from the chairmanship to the national organisation's Treasurer.

David Powers of Oxford Frozen Foods is the new Vice-Chair while Niels Koehncke of the Canadian Centre for Health and Safety in Agriculture continues as Association Secretary.

The Canadian Agricultural Safety Association has been organizing conferences for over twenty years to bring stakeholders together to improve safety and encourage safe behaviour on Canadian farms.
