The Ontario Forage Council is looking for beef producer nominations for the 2016 Ontario Mapleseed Pasture Award.
The award recognizes individual farmers who are doing an outstanding job at pasture management.
It's a joint project of Mapleseed, Beef Farmers of Ontario and the Ontario Forage Council.
The winner gets 500 dollars in cash and a 25 kilogram bag of their choice of Mapleseed forage mix.

Deadline for entries is November 30th.
The winner will be announced at the Beef Farmers of Ontario annual general meeting in Toronto in February.
