It's beef day, with registration and trade show exhibits opening at 9 a.m..
The keynote speaker at 11 is Leighton Kolk from Alberta.
His topic is 'If Cowboys Carried Guns, There Would Be A Lot Less Cattle In This World'.
The afternoon program includes a presentation from Beef Farmers of Ontario President Bob Gordanier and OPP Constable Kevin Martin on farm vehicles on the roadway.
A panel of the future of the beef industry wraps things up, starting at 3:15.
Tomorrow is Dairy Day.
