Alltech has completed it's purchase of Masterfeeds - a deal first announced in November.

This is Alltech's second major Canadian acquisition.
It bought EMF Nutrition in 2013.
The company now owns 25 feed manufacturing and premix facilities, nine retail locations and seven distribution centres in Canada.
Masterfeeds will continue to be headquartered in London and run by current CEO Rob Flack.
Alltech Canada is headquartered in Guelph.
It's global headquarters are in Kentucky.
Alltech describes itself as the leading producer and processor of yeast and organic trace materials and the only privately-held company among the top five animal health companies in the world.
