76 per cent of the U-S corn crop is rated good to excellent this week.
That's the same as the week before - and 7 points better than last year.
Soybeans are 71 per cent good to excellent - also the same as the week before.
That's 9 points better than the same week a year ago.
And the U-S spring wheat crop condition slipped a point over the past week, coming in at 69 per cent good to excellent.
That's also a point behind a year ago
The USDA reports American farmers have 76 per cent of their winter wheat crop harvested - 4 points ahead of last year - 3 points ahead of the five year average for this time of the year.
