Ontario Pork (CNW Group/Ontario Pork)The Ontario Association of Food Banks is getting almost 30 thousand dollars in ground pork.
The pork comes from Conestoga Meat Packers and Pork Industry Friends of the Foodbank, with those funds matched by Ontario Pork to come to that almost 30 thousand dollar total.
That amounts to almost 8 thousand kilograms of ground pork.
It will be distributed to food banks in Eastern Ontario.
