Faster relief for farms with power issues is now available.
Hydro One has developed a Rapid Response Team.
The electrical giant says the team was created along with the Ontario Federation of Agriculture to better serve their 13,000 farming customers.
President and CEO Mayo Schmidt says the creation of the team is proof of Hydro One's commitment to fast and effective solutions to on-farm electrical issues.
The company adds the new approach taken by the Rapid Response Team is streamlined and simplified to give farmers a single point of contact for any on-farm concerns.
