This year's Royal Winter Fair is bring some gold flair to this year's horse jumping competition.
Recently crowned Olympic Show Jumping Champion Nick Skelton and two-time Olympic Eventing Champ Michael Jung will both be taking part in the festivities.
Skelton of Great Britain will be riding his 2016 Olympic horse Big Star to compete in the Royal Horse Show.
He'll compete to earn points towards the Longines FEI World Cup and a piece of the $130,000 purse on November 9th.
Jung of Germany, coming off golds in 2012 and 2016 will battle it out at Exhibition Place for the $20,000 Horseware Indoor Eventing Challenge on the 4th and 5th of November.
Charlie Johnstone, CEO of the Royal, says the horse show consistently attracts the world's top competitors. He feels this is a great chance for those who couldn't make the trek to Brazil to see Olympic-quality action for themselves.
Three quarters of Canada's show jumping team have confirmed they'll be participating as well, including 4-time Canadian Champ Yann Candele of Caledon.
