The provincial government is hosting in-person and online consultations to help develop Ontario's next Long-Term Energy Plan.
The government says the goal is to have a reliable supply of clean and affordable energy.
They add doing so will also create jobs and boost the economy.
Minister of Energy Glenn Thibeault says public discussions will help build a system that's affordable and reliable for all.

In 2014, a year after the most recent Long-Term Energy Plan was developed, Ontario eliminated the use of coal-fired electricity generation -- the largest source of greenhouse gas emissions in the continent.
