Huron And Perth Students To Benefit From DuPont Donation

Two thousand students in our area will benefit from a $7,500 donation by DuPont Pioneer through it's Full Belly! Full Mind! initiative.

The grant will be spread across 15 Huron and Perth County schools to support snack and nutrition plans.

Nancy Fisher, Ontario Student Nutrition Program Co-ordinator, says well-nourished children tend to perform better in school and exhibit fewer behavioral problems.

She feels the donation will help those students develop to their full potential.
