According to the Ethisphere Institute, Deere & Company is one of the World's Most Ethical Companies.
For the last 11 years, Ethisphere has put out the list and the machinery maker is one of 13 companies to have donned it each year.
Deere's Chairman and CEO Sam Allen says integrity is an important core value that the company emphasizes to its employees.
He feels its one of the reasons why John Deere is celebrating 180 years of business.
This year, Ethisphere named 124 companies from 19 different countries and 52 industry sectors to its list.
Companies are evaluated on corporate leadership and responsibility, governance, innovation, reputation and compliance to ethics programs.
