(BlackburnNews.com file photo)A 35-year-old Windsor man is charged after an undercover police investigation into the theft of a number of prescription drugs from Rexall PharmaPlus in Wallaceburg. Police say the drugs include fentanyl, oxycodone, hydromorphone and Ritalin. Some of them were recovered. Charges include five counts of theft under $5,000, two counts of forgery and two counts of drug possession.
He is due in court February 5.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
