Chatham-Kent police cruiser. (BlackburnNews.com file photo)A 17-year-old taken into custody during an incident yesterday at John McGregor Secondary School faces charges of carrying a concealed weapon and possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose.
He has been released with a future court date.
The incident started around 10:30am when police were notified a person with a knife had entered the Chatham school.
The school was secured and the suspect was taken into custody without further incident.
