(BlackburnNews.com photo)A Burlington man is facing charges after allegedly driving drunk through Chatham-Kent.
Chatham-Kent OPP says the 58-year-old man was pulled over on Hwy. 401 for speeding.
The officer noticed open alcohol in the car and the driver was over the legal limit.
He's being charged with driving over the legal limit, driving with open alcohol and speeding.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
