The Ontario Provincial Police say just before 10pm on Saturday, a single vehicle was involved in a crash on the highway at Colonel Talbot Rd.
Police have not released many details, but say an ambulance was at the scene at the time of the crash.
Police responded to 11 incidents between July 26 and August 19.
