On Thursday, investigators attended the home of Matthew Brush using a search warrant.
Police say they seized a number of items from the home for further analysis. Officials say they cannot comment on the items taken from the residence.
Earlier this week, Brush was arrested and charged in connection with Kaake's murder.
Police responded to 11 incidents between July 26 and August 19.
Two people, a 39-year-old man and a 22-year-old woman from Leamington, were arrested at the home on Talbot Street West at Orange Street.
