This after Chatham-Kent police and the Chatham-Kent Fire Department had to rescue a man who fell through the ice on the Thames River yesterday afternoon.
The man fell though the ice near Grand Ave. W in Chatham around 3pm.
Luckily, he did not require any medical attention.
