The University of Windsor Student Alliance is hosting the Life In Color World Tour at the Riverfront Festival Plaza this September, headlined by EDM act the Chainsmokers.
UWSA Board Member Larissa Howlitt says it's going to be unlike any Coming Home Music Festival the city's seen. "You get covered in paint, the music's amazing, there's so much going on, there's so much excitement, and the whole student body is together. It's really a bond between all of the students."
Matthew Dunlop UWSA Vice President of Student Advocacy says this show is going to cost more than $100,000 to put on, but not a cent of that comes out of the student alliance's pocket as it's partnered with Windsor's Element Entertainment to promote the event.
Tickets cost $20 for students, $30 for the general public. There are also VIP and "dry zone" rates. Tickets are available online at cominghomemusicfestival.com, and will soon be available at the UWSA office on the school's main campus.
The Coming Home Music Festival will hit the Festival Plaza stage, September 12.
