Crop advisers from across much of Southwestern Ontario are in Ridgetown today and tomorrow for an update on crop challenges and the latest research.
This year's cool and wet conditions have created some disease problems and information is available on dealing with them.
Researchers are also discussing soil depletion and how to overcoming it by adding organic matter and cover crop practices .
More than 400 crop advisers will receive training on this year's topics by the time the sessions are completed tomorrow.
