Police say the cyclist, a 54-year-old, was conscious and able to speak after the crash.
He was treated for minor injuries before police charged him with riding in a crosswalk.
Damages are estimated around $1000.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
