Chatham-Kent Police Headquarters (Photo by Jake Kislinsky)A single-vehicle collision near Howard Township saw one passenger ejected from his car early Saturday morning.
The Chatham-Kent Police Service says around 2:30am, a car travelling on Moore Rd. collided with a hydro pole, causing the vehicle to roll onto its side.
The passenger that was thrown from the vehicle was taken to the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance and treated for non-life threatening injuries.
Damages are estimated around $5,000. There is no word yet on any charges.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
