Police Looking For Meat Thief

Chatham-Kent police are appealing to the public as they work to identify a woman who stole some steaks from a grocery store in Tilbury.

Police say the woman walked into No Frills on Mill St. E. on July 8 at around 6:30pm, put five t-bone steaks in her purse, and walked out without paying for them.

The steaks have a combined value of about $65.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police or Crime Stoppers.
