The first major party leader to make an election visit to the area will spend time in both Chatham-Kent and Windsor today. The NDP's Thomas Mulcair will speak about an agricultural policy aimed at supporting opportunity for farmers and help ensure healthy affordable food for middle class families. He will be in Kent Bridge over the noon hour touring a green-house operation before heading to Windsor. Mulcair will hold what is billed as a Rally For Change at the Fogolar Furlan club at 7 pm.
