Investing In the Internet

Over 5,000 households in Lambton-Kent-Middlesex will have first-time or high-speed internet in the next couple of years.

The service is being made available through a $3.15-million investment by the federal government.

MP Bev Shipley says it's badly needed to spur economic growth, not only for business but for farmers as well.

Households to be connected by 2018 include some in Brooke-Alvinston, Enniskillen, Lambton Shores, Kettle Point, Plympton-Wyoming, Warwick and Sarnia.
