With Labour Day comes some programming changes for the Municipality of Chatham-Kent.
As with other holiday's garbage collection has been pushed back one day this week. All municipal offices, pools, and arenas are all closed, as well as CK library branches.
CK Transit will also not be running, with the exception of the Beach Buses heading to Erieau and Mitchell's Bay. Municipal Health and Family Services, as well as clinical services are also closed.
Over at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, while emergency rooms remain open, the pharmacy, Chemotherapy and Oncology departments will be closed. Routine X-rays, ultrasounds as well as mental health and addiction services will not be offered.
Some other hospital services that will be disrupted Monday include out-patient rehab services, mental health and addiction programming, as well as patient appointment operations.
