Damage is pegged at around $200,000 after a trailer fire spread to a house in Wallaceburg.
Chatham-Kent Fire and Emergency Services says on Sunday just before 7pm, firefighters responded to the home located at 101 Edwy St.
A pick-up truck and a camper were also exposed to the blaze, but fire crews were able to save around $100,000 worth of property.
Fire officials say the cause of the blaze is still under investigation.
