A man is in custody after Chatham-Kent police allege he was drunk in a public place and resisted arrest.
An officer observed the 21-year-old stumbling along Forsyth St. around 1:30am today.
While the man was being handcuffed, police say he started to struggle and resist the officer before eventually being taken into custody.
Police later learned the Harrow man was bound by conditions not to consume alcohol and was being held pending a bail hearing.
