It was a banner night for Ridgetown's Dale Glassford and Shrewsbury's Jim Dale Jr. at South Buxton Raceway.
Glassford completed in what's being referred to as 'one of the most dominating performances in track history' by winning the Westside Performance Plus UMP Late Models season championship race for a second year in a row. He captured 14 of a possible 16 feature races while locking up his second straight and fourth career points title.
Dale Jr. won the Schinkels Gourmet Meats UMP Modifieds championship race on Sunday - that's his track record ninth of his career.
Championship night fell on Sunday after rain postponed the races on Saturday.
The 2015 season wraps up this weekend at South Buxton Raceway with the 10th Canadian Fall Shootout set for Friday and Saturday.
