The first frost advisory of the season is in effect, an early sign that Winter is approaching.
Environment Canada issued the advisory Friday afternoon for Windsor-Essex and Chatham-Kent.
The forecast shows it will dip down to -1 C (30 F) Friday and Saturday nights. On Saturday there's a high of 9 C (48 F) and Sunday 11 C (51 F).
The weather will warm up gradually next week with a high of 18 C (64 F) expected on Thursday.
Experts recommend protecting sensitive plants and trees from the frost.
