A 24-year-old man is facing numerous charges after he was caught driving a fork lift in Chatham while impaired.
Police received a call about a man driving a forklift on Delaware Ave. with no lights around 12:45am this morning.
Officers stopped the man on McNaughton Ave. and took him to headquarters for breath tests.
The Chatham man has been charged with impaired driving, driving while disqualified, and two counts of driving while under suspension.
Police continue to investigate where the man got the fork lift.
