The Wallaceburg Lakers hope to win their first game of the Great Lakes Jr. C hockey season tonight when they host the Alvinston Flyers.
"We just need to continue to stay at it," says Lakers head coach and general manager Marc Swayze. "We've had a lot of personnel changes, we've had a few more changes this week and added a couple new kids into the lineup so it's going to take us some time. But at some point we need to just bear down and get that first win."
Puck drop is set for 7:30pm in Wallaceburg.
In GOJHL action, the LaSalle Vipers host the Strathroy Rockets tonight at 7pm.
