Chatham-Kent police investigate a crash in Dresden involving a pedestrian. October 28, 2015. (Photo submitted by Cheryl)A 76-year-old Dresden woman is in a London hospital with life threatening injuries after being struck by a car this morning.
Chatham-Kent police say a vehicle travelling south on St. George St between Queen and Main streest struck the woman shortly after 8:30am.
She was taken to hospital in Chatham where she was stabilized and then transferred to London.
A 64-year-old Chatham Township woman who was driving the car was not injured.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
