Chatham-Kent library officials don't want to make any rash decisions after programming results from 2014.
Changing electronic trends and programming numbers are just some of the factors that could affect the five-year plan. Outreach and Programs Manager Sarah Hart says it's important to consider where the library has been to figure out where it's going.
"We definitely look at the numbers and use those to make decisions on what's being well-used, what things are interesting to our community and what things they're leaving behind."
Library staff will gather feedback from the public on its long-term plans next in Ridgetown on November 12 at 6pm.
