Roseanne Drew matched six out of seven winning numbers with her ticket on December 19, 2015, earning her a cool $100,000.
The winning ticket was bought at the Lucky 7 Variety on McNaughton Ave. in Chatham.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
Rondeau Harbour and Wheatley Harbour will now have the funding to make infrastructure repairs and upgrades.
