The weather agency issued the advisory Saturday night for areas in Chatham-Kent, Windsor-Essex, London-Middlesex and Sarnia-Lambton, as well as Huron, Bruce, Grey, Wellington and Perth counties.
The fog dissipated after midnight.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
