Similar to yesterday's open house, there will be a brief presentation at 5pm and after that residents will be able to ask questions about the budget.
A third and final open house will be held tomorrow at the Active Lifestyle Centre in Chatham.
Chatham-Kent administration is recommending a 3.29% tax increase.
