BlackburnNews.com file photo. Fire officials say a Sunday morning blaze at a Leamington fourplex started in the kitchen of one of the units.
Leamington fire crews responded to the blaze on Sturgeon Meadows just after 12:30am Sunday, to find one of the upper units involved.
Everyone inside the fourplex was able to safely escape.
The damage estimate come in at around $150,000. There has been no word from fire officials regarding any displacements.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
