Tuesday, it reported the rain could be heavy, especially overnight. There were concerns the frozen ground wouldn't be able to absorb it, so the agency warned localized flooding was possible in low-lying areas.
The agency says showers should taper off Wednesday morning.
Flooding is still a concern in both Windsor-Essex and Chatham-Kent.
