Police say a tractor trailer caught fire and was extinguished at the scene.
The 60-year-old Mississauga man who was driving the vehicle didn't suffer any injuries as a result.
The off ramp was re-opened shortly after 2pm.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
