Officers say they were carrying out a search warrant at a residence in the city yesterday when they found the drugs, the gun, and a butterfly knife.
Six people aged 28 to 37 were inside at the time and were all charged with drug possession.
A 30-year-old man faces an additional firearms and weapons-related charges while a 28-year-old man was also charged with failing to comply.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
