There are stock cars and a monster truck at Erickson Arena as part of an anti-drug pro-safety message today.
Racing against drugs is aimed at giving Grade 5 students information to help them make good lifestyle choices.
Chatham-Kent Special Constable Randi Hull says it's a fast paced environment.
"It's made available to Grade 5 students across the municipality focused on the sport of auto racing," she says. "The main focus being the dangers of drugs and how choosing to use drugs or alcohol can affect things in live such as making decisions, riding bikes, everyday things."
The program includes taking part in a radio controlled race, bike safety as well as presentations from groups like the health unit and neighbourhood watch.
