Officials say 70-year-old Earle Armstrong of Kingsville was in his pick-up truck heading north on Graham Side Rd., when he collided with another pick-up at Road 6.
Charges are pending in the incident.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
