Environment Canada issued the watch just after 5pm Monday for Chatham-Kent, London-Middlesex, and Windsor-Essex. Officials say conditions were right for thunderstorms that could create strong wind gusts, small hail and weak funnel clouds.
The man was charged in March with sexual assault offences.
Both couples won in the April 11 draw.
